I’m Ben, an applied AI engineer with a background in building products, teaching developers and leading humanitarian operations. I build useful systems and help teams navigate complex change.
At Cloudflare (opens in a new tab), I worked on API security and application performance, then led practical AI initiatives: a multi-agent framework, spec-driven product delivery, and training that helped colleagues use AI in their work.
Before tech, I coordinated disaster-response operations in multiple countries. That experience still shapes how I work: bring clarity to ambiguity, earn trust across disciplines, and build solutions that hold up in the real world.
ElectricSheep.id is where I bring that approach to independent products and experiments.
Combined hands-on product delivery with practical AI adoption. Led the rollout of a multi-agent end-to-end framework, delivered Secrets Store and Smart Shield, and guided BYOIP implementation through an AI-assisted, spec-driven workflow.

Built customer-facing capabilities for API Shield and API Gateway, including endpoint discovery, schema validation, and sequence analysis and enforcement. Worked from early requirements through implementation, integration, launch and post-release improvements.
January 2023 – January 2025
Owned and developed the full-stack curriculum as the school expanded. Taught JavaScript, React, Node.js and databases, and coached teams through building, testing and deploying complete applications.
March 2020 – August 2022
Built configurable property-platform workflows, fintech onboarding and operational tools, and startup products across the JavaScript stack.
Led relief and logistics operations in Kenya, Mali, Lebanon, Vanuatu, Saint Martin and the Philippines. During the Hurricane Irma response, built a custom QR-based voucher-verification system used by partner shops to validate relief vouchers.

Led the creation and rollout of a multi-agent testing framework adopted across a core Cloudflare codebase. Combined implementation with engineer training so the workflow became part of everyday development.
